A few days ago I filled out the shippy meme and one of the questions asked who'd I'd like to see on a double date. Well, clearly the answer is Gwen & Morgana and Merlin & Arthur.

Well, the awesome fitzette wrote an epically fabulous AU with just that set-up: the OT4 on a double date. It's Merlin/Arthur which culminates in angry sex and it's so delicious. fitzette has these really gorgeous way of writing - concise and clear, tight pacing, well-placed humour and pitch perfect characterisation. Everything is spot-on, just the way I like it. ;-)

I was thinking to my self, "It's been a long time since you've posted Merlin recs!" And then I responded, "Oh, it's not been that long; you're clearly losing track of time in your not-really old age." Turns out I was right! It's been several weeks, nearly a month, since I last posted recs! So here we go. This time there are a few Gwen/Morgana and Merlin/Morgana recs...but it's a pathetic attempt at diversity. To end my two month writing break, I took drabble requests from my flist, intending to write 100-to-200 words each. I should have known this was a doomed mission.
